At Divora Casa, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@divoracasa.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup or you may be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse.
3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you wish to exchange your item for a different color or variant, please mention it during your return request.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as bedsheets used or washed, clearance products, or customized orders, are not eligible for return or refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
